Tacos in St. Louis area

...why do you need to take off the exhaust bracket? I didn’t remove mine to do the ADM

to get to the slave cylinder you just need to take off the 4 bolts for the shield over the slave

 

That bracket blocks access to one of those 4 bolts.

Unless you've got a magic wrench that can weasel in there, I had to remove mine to get er done

 

get a smaller wrench lol

just use an end wrench to losen it and Then take it out by hand. Or get a ratcheting end wrench. Or a shallower socket

the exhaust hanger on my truck wasn’t coming off, it was stuck

 

Ratcheting box wrenches are the bee's knees when it comes to tight quarters.

Scout camp was successful-ish. No scouts died or went missing. Temps got below freezing Friday night so all the scouts there got “frost points” for every degree below freezing for that. For the leaders, we just got cold.

My boy rocked the climbing wall and as always loved the hiking component.

@Taco16Jessy if you still hang out in Springfield May I ask a favor of you? I’m keen to get a pile of old climbing magazines for my son from a fellow that’s there. He’s offered them up for free and wants to arrange and meeting time and place. Would you be able to be my go-between and then just drop them off at the next mod day that you make it to?

i am crooked neck deep into mine now, all kinds of holes i never knew were there that i have to cover all of them now

 

Going home soon to finish unpacking from the scout trip to get everything cleaned up and then start packing for the rendezvous event this weekend.
