Ever since I've owned my truck (little over a year now), the underside of my truck sounds like it just wants to fall off while offroading. It feels like the whole underside is super loose and rickety. I have a brand new frame, Bilstein 5100's all around set to 0", and Dirt King UCA's. I recently did the zip tie in steering column fix to fix the clunk I felt in my steering wheel while offroad, but still can't figure out what all the commotion and rattling from my truck while offroad is. Might be normal, but I feel like a truck should be rattling that much offroad.

There isn't much sound to it from what I've noticed, mostly can just feel it. Am I over-reacting or is there something I should check?

Have you checked to make sure all of your exhaust heat shields are firmly attached?

Welcome to the club! I'm at 220k miles and yes......she clunks and squeaks. Everything is solid, aligned and smooth. It's just wear and tear. Just like my wife, she isn't the tight ride she used to be, but still very much worth keeping around for many years to come. Lol

Have not, will check them in a couple days when I go to add some grease to UCA's. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yeah everything on mine seems to be in working order... gets me everywhere I want to get. Maybe I just need to learn to not search for something wrong with the truck and just learn to love this truck and fix something when it actually needs fixing.

3 inch lift with Toytec Boss and All Pro UCA's up front. AP expedition leafs with Bilstien 5100 shocks in the back. 255/85/16 Cooper S/T Max tires. All Pro skids, rear bumper and sliders, Hidden winch mount with XRC 8000 winch. Dual Optima batteries with IBS combiner/isolator and solar. CMC. Auto sliding rear window mod, hidden CB, CVJ axles and plenty of other little mods.
I just got through de-rattling mine. Most of the noise was coming from the leaf springs clacking together. Fabbed up some simple rubber pads and now I’m pretty clunk/rattle free.
