I took my son up to SNF, the same route that I went on previously with @Uphillshunter and @Pella this past Sunday. I taught him how to disconnect his sway bar, taught him winching guidelines and he got to practice with it as well, and he learned about hand brake techniques on steep climbs as his Jeep is a stick. All in all pretty awesome day. He has his HAM license so he used my portable and we chatted the whole time. Pretty fun!

Side note... I'm wondering how many miles are actually on the starter. I bought the truck at 60,000 miles (2nd owner). I've never replaced the starter on this truck... but I'm pretty sure this starter, I just pulled, is not an OE Denso.

Big O on McHenry was the shop that finally got my alignment right... I had to basically do the job for them though. And they were going to charge me extra because "specialty UCAs"... until they saw the look in my eye like I was going to curb stomp them.

I would take a newer truck like yours to McCoy on McHenry. You shouldn't have a problem. The guy there knows his shit... but he always tries to sell parts and labor on "worn" equipment on older trucks like mine.

    On the BS side....
Not exactly overlanding, but I won a free trip for Kelly and I by achieving President’s Club for my company in sales. 7 nights at the Ritz Carlton in the Cayman Islands, $1500 cash to spend, free activities like snorkeling with sting rays, and a swag bag of stuff. Hard work pays off! Lots of HiLuxes here too, they look pretty good.
