You bought a "truck" with only slightly more payload than a Honda Civic. Not knocking Tacoma at all, but it is what it is. If you want to carry loads you need a real truck.

Honestly, if I found a low mileage 2015 2nd gen single cab - id snag it and sell my 2.7 AC 3rd gen. No questions asked.

I’d certainly never use that stupid multi opening directional tailgate.

Toyota, if you're listening, I have carefully compiled a list of gimmicks I would actually maybe possibly use:

    • On board air
    • Refrigerated center console
    • Licorice dispenser
    • Bed mattress
    • Duct tape dispenser
    • A magnet to hold my keys
    • Rechargable flashlight
    • Rechargable fleshlight
    • Rechargable vacuum
    • Built in trailer brake controller
    • Heated cup holders
    • Chilled cup holders
    • Removable, Dishwasher safe cupholders
    • Whiskey compartment

Power Windows were new long before 30 years ago, think they came out in the 1940's.

You will be waiting a long time, pretty sure there was no single cab in 2015, think 2013 or 2014 was the last of them.

I can’t believe it either, who would choose Home Depot, when Lowes is a perfectly good option.

My son is adding a self leveling set up to his little GMC truck. A 4 link suspension too.

Bet you could do it to a Tacoma.

This shit again. First page and I’m already exhausted.
OTOH, I did learn that trucks sag when you add weight to the back so there’s that... :bored:

So you're saying I'm an entitled prick because I want this truck to suck me off on my way to work!?

You ruin everything with your cynicism A..A..Ron. its people like you who are responsible for 2.7 MT utility trims.

(Ok, I really really really want a 2.7 MT utility)

yeah....and a special place where the driver can simply reach over the seat and grab all his necessary shit without pulling to the side of a road. You'll never know, might save your frightened ass one night.

If they actually had snuck in a duct tape dispenser I could have respected the utility in that.

Haha true, but since at the time, Dad didn't have power windows, so they were new. Back then, he was the guy that wouldn't use the AC.
