How hard was the bedside decals? I did the hood and had some issues lining it up.

Not too bad, just take your time and use a lot of the soapy solution to move the decal until it's exactly where you want it.

I used a bondo spreader and it worked really well at getting air bubbles out.

I also have the hood decal as well, the sides were easier.

Just curious... that hood decal, does it in any way help with sun glare bouncing off the hood?

For me it helps reduce glare and also see the front of the truck easier by providing contrast.

I dont have the glare spot you report but you can get the same style decal I have that wraps all the back to the hood as a special order.

Send and email to rlmsigns@gmail.com to tell them specifically what you want.

Details about the hood vinyl are here, example shown is a pic borrowed from that thread.

This one goes all the way back and helps with glare. Just make sure you put it on straight unlike me.

Thanks for the insight and I do have a felt scraper designed for applying vinyl makes a difference. Have never done vinyl on something that wasn't removed from the vehicle and not a flat surface.

Trim the backing paper about a quarter to an eight an inch from the design for a more accurate placement. Prior to installation I put the decals out under heavy books on a flat surface for a few days to flatten it.

I’m usually not into the big vinyl graphics but your truck looks fantastic brother. I’m second guessing myself now. Well done!

I´m going to be honest... Quick Sand was my second, first was Cement... I was on the Waiting list for a 2020 Cement, but the dealers offered a discount of 1,500 usd , and there was an option of QS... now after the few changes (Black emblems, TRD matte Black wheels) I love the QS... Definitely my new favorite...

I had to said.. by the way.. These Trucks are amazing!!! you help me a lot to visualize the next step of my truck...

This is the best Long bed that I have seen.. great look with the vinyl graphics!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I had an RLD designs canopy installed over the weekend. Seems pretty Stout and the install is very simple with a couple of brackets bolted to the factory bed tracks. I think it looks pretty sweet
