    Hey!
So I have a bag full of tools in the back seat of my truck for the “what if’s/just in case” situations, (dads a mechanic) but we were recently blessed with the ability to bring our son home from the NICU and I’m looking for a better way to store it back there rather than a tool bag on the floor. I want to see what others have done or ideas. Still would like to be able to use the seats for obvious reasons

Pelican case in the bed of the truck. Carry everything in there. Use it as a tool box of sorts. Otherwise pear down what you have and store it behind the seats and under the seat storage compartments.

Did you mount the case down?

Yes drilled 4 holes in the bottom of the box and bed and used 3/8" bolts, fender washers and lock washers. I have one of the bigger ones it holds my tool bag, tire repair kit, extra fluids, parts, recovery gear, and tie down straps and I still have lots of room. Got it at a huge discount from military surplus.
