I told my wife to get her crossbow, we had to go see her dad in the hospital or it would have been on. He had open heart surgery Thursday morning.

Mil dots we shot the night before because I knew she was going to have to shoot across the canyon and she was kicking butt so she felt comfortable the next morning when the buck stepped out.

Duck hunting in North Dakota this week. Epic blizzard conditions Saturday. Finally starting to clear up and thaw out.

is that hybrid? i've only seen 1 mounted and the guy that shot it said it was always a white tail buck that bred a mule doe because the mule buck couldnt catch a white tail doe. he said they usually had a zebra striped fur pattern, and they also didnt get very old because when they get spooked they dont know if they should hop off or run off so they just sit and think about it haha

Its a hybrid but it’s called a benchleg, it’s a mix between a mule deer and a black tail actually. Has a very whitetail looking rack for some reason.

Got my first antelope in Wyoming. Probably the most fun I ever had hunting yet. BC08FBDE-B3D8-4E6B-8584-DA769A112F73.jpgDE59E4F0-9770-49D1-B859-E0A59F4BC6C5.jpg6EBBD7A4-C9E6-4385-A15B-0AABDBA48D95.jpg

Yes sir! Gosh they are fast, I luckily set up an ambush on him near water. There was a group of does bedded and his group was coming their way from private land. I thought I’d shoot 200-250 yards but ended up only shooting about 100 cause he came to water.

Completely fucked up my dates. Thought we were going Sunday. Had to race home, change and jam it to the boat.

Made it though. Hopefully I am posting pics of swords in themorning. :notsure:

Didn't catch shit. It was supposed to be 1'-2', clear and no wind.........they were fucking all sorts of wrong.

Only thing they got right was it was clear. Fucking howled at 25 knots, seas were 7' at 2-3 seconds. We got our asses kicked and didnt get back until 6am. Work has sucked all fucking day.

man that blows, that was the reason we didn’t go for sails. Captain said we could fish all day and maybe hook up with one or catch a mess of dolphin. Haha well hopefully next time you hook into some!
