Looks like I start truck with parking break on as soon as i release the parking break they turn amber and then if I put the parking break back up they stay amber.

I'm really hoping this goes smoothly. I am waiting to see if they contact the seller and or shipper to get me a replacement and starting to lose patience lol.

    Halfway there!!

Lights are in and aimed. Then "honey do" intruded and I ran out of time to reinstall bumper cover, air dam and grille.

The flares aren't covered in the Morimoto instructions, those are a PITA to detach. I didn't break a blue clip but the slotted plastic tabs don't look too hot. I hope they hold when I reinstall everything.

Who ever gave the tip "use the big box to support your lights when wiring them" was spot on!

@ratcityrain I thought of you, was wondering if you had gotten your lights yet?

@TRSAndrew and @eledobleu these lights are MONEY. Thank you!!!

turn off your DRLs at the stalk. You should be using the fuse tap.

It better be, I've been on 3 Morimoto/TRS GB's and all have had poor communication and extreme delays... This will be the last time!

I am using the fuse tap.

So its normal for SR5s to have it function this way?

I will try to upload a video to show you guys.

So this is my situation with DRLs and stalk position

    Off: White
    DRL: Amber
    Parking: Amber
    Headlights: White

I dont really mind and kinda like it. But could you let me know if running ambers as DRL damage the headlights in anyway?

That isn't the way mine work. The only time I see amber is when the turn signal/flashers are in use. The fogs are on a totally different switch on the stalk. Not sure how they fit into any of this. Are you sure they're wired correctly?

    Yes, it will cause issues.

As mentioned before: turn your stalk to OFF, not DRL. The fuse tap gives you the DRL.

Yes some will begin shipping this week but not all. Please have some patience guys as managing this group buy with its tons of orders, fixes, exchanges etc is a PITA. Trying to get issues resolved with those who have their lights while trying to get other orders out is a very stressful. :annoyed:

8mm ratcheting combo wrench. Outboard bolt. Counterclockwise for a while until the cutoff rises.

Thanks. Just realized there’s 4 adjustment screws/bolts for each headlight!
Gotta get me a ratchet wrench! It’s tight in there!
