You and Mister Sammie would be welcome.
I'd give you the super deluxe tour of Gettysburg, if you're interested.
The tourists are thinning out and the leaves are starting to change.
We're pretty much down home type people here.

Pumpkin pie is the only pie I like. Cobbler is my preference. Not much of a fan in this area. I like to smoke ribs or pulled pork for the holidays. Betcha @Bigdaddy4760 is with me here on all this.

Ok can’t find it but I know it by heart.
The big can of pumpkin... mix it as directions on can. Pour in 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle a box of dry butter or yellow cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Melt butter and pour over the dry cake mix. I use enough butter to cover most of the cake. If ya want, sprinkle with crushed pecans (I think it’s pecans, I leave this part off cuz I don’t like nuts in my sweet stuff) Bake as directed. You might need to adjust the time. The top should start to brown a lil bit. You should be able to tell when it’s done. Load up with whipped cream.
