    The red stuff serves the same purpose as the green stuff, it’s just a different type and Toyota and Lexus products both use it and recommend it. Therefore I suggest you do as well, just don’t mix it.
    Red stuff isn’t hard to find, generics are on the shelf in the autopart store/ wallymart next to the green stuff. Toyota brand can be gotten on Amazons and the like for not much more though.

    Where do these companies get off selling diluted? Growing up they didn't sell that junk. Think about the guy who throught of that, probably CEO now. Hey let's dilute the AF and act as if we are doing the consumer a favor but we give them half as much product then charge more!!

    Toyota specs a silicate free P-HOAT formula. Stick with that and you're good. Ultimately the color is not important. The Zerex is available in pink for Toyota and blue for Honda. Having the color match is really for aesthetics. You don't get any weird color mixing. But that doesn't hurt anything if it does.

    I really like the stuff. Been using it for years in all manner of Toyotas in my own and extended family's vehicles.

    So easy to use. No mixing to worry about. 100% compatible with SLLC. It's available on the shelf at Wal-Mart and half the cost of SLLC.

    There are no cons :notsure:

    Green is more of a tangy flavor, whereas the red is more bold and spicy. Individual preference, really, I like to mix the two.
