    I'm assuming same as a Eaton 8 speed just no 8th gear. I haven’t looked at one of the internationals yet.

    I did my skills test in an international 6 speed straight truck when I got my class B. It was 6 yrs ago so could be remembering wrong. Used the 10 speed KW for my Class a test tho. Was the most difficult truck to shift I have ever used. Until we did the DPF delete. Floats like a dream now.

    I learned on a KW 8 speed. Tested in a 8 speed Volvo. Got to drive a Freightshaker some and really glad I didn’t test in it. It sucked ass.

    Were you required to double clutch during your skills test? Some testers here will fail you if you float... which is dumb if you ask me. 90% of drivers float. Rarely dbl clutch.
