It's pretty configurable, each outside web perimeter for the first three levels starting from the outermost inward has reinforced anchor points at every cross point - the outer layer has 32 attach point grommets, the next in has 24, 3rd has 16. Its the full size of a short bed and comes with 4 heavy duty corner straps. I've used it flat and have used it to tightly hold down objects higher than the bed. I haven't really noticed the straps loosen in travel. It's pretty modular and handles uneven loads well. I'm sure larger size nets in the same bed would allow even more room.

They have a website with videos, that's what made me take the leap (plus the Amazon reviews).

    Gladiatorcargonet.com

Click on "products" then "gladiator cargo net"

I don't have a great picture but the website does.

I ordered the moto gate and it is still too wide for the bed, even with the adjustable straps... :(

Where are you tying down to? Looks like the adjustable points on top, and then the d-rings on the bottom? Are you sure you aren't using the mini?

32D2AAED-72EC-4D87-947C-F93B9FE45DB4.jpg Gladiator nets seem to work very well depending on your needs. I bought one a few years ago and got it for $89 to fit the short bed, never an issue and I’ve put it through the ringer. Different sizes for different applications, different costs. Just another option.

Very satisfied with my Gladiator. I bought 2 extra buckle/strap thingys. Pricy but that thing is tough! I’ve cinched it tight. I’ve also put a tarp down under this to protect my cargo against rain and that worked good too. The net held it securely in place. If you look close there are holes to attach the straps to all around the net so it is very versatile. I wish my truck had solid rings on the floor of the bed in the front and the middle like it has in the back because that would work best. I may add a pair near the middle by the wheel wells if I can figure out how to do it without worrying about cracking the plastic bed floor.

Small. I can’t imagine needing a larger one. I have a short bed

Gladiator nets are the best. I have a small and a medium and have used both. The large is great for when the cargo is high, like boxes.

I just found that covercraft, the car cover people, sell a small bed net that is 4' x 5' when not stretched, its called the spidy gear bed webb and its 48 bucks. Should be a good fit for the short beds.
