Yeah I’ll be hitting the gym in the morning after I go to the dealership.

 

no matter what i do.. i end up at the dealer every day. i cant figure... oh wait. i work there

 

I have to take my other car for routine maintenance. I got a letter the other day from them offering 14k for my 17.

 

you know you think they'd stop with the pointless we'll buy your cars when you work for them.... nope. constantly in the mail they want to buy my tacoma, my corolla, and my avalon.. and they even call me every month... while im at work.

 

I worked at Toyota for many years. What do you do for them?

 

Same. I hit the gym every morning. And run the canals after.

 

im a mechanic. get to work on all your trucks that complain about shifting concerns! (lol not really that many come in to tell ya the truth).

new thing with 3rd gens is mexican built ones loose seat frames and rear bumpers not lined up right...

eh is what it is. if i feel like messing with them i'll answer the phone and walk into the office and say hi. lol
they've been trying to buy my avalon and tacoma for years now. dont know how they figured out i own the corolla.. ive never opened a RO on that one?

 

Loose seat frames?

 

the 19s built in mexico some of the seat frames are loose and rattle around when driving... seems to be limited to them. warranty covers a new seat frame. ive have 3-4 of them since the 19s came out

 

My salesman for my rav is a member here. I can’t remember his name on here tho.

 

Maybe I should go back to Toyota now that I am known here.

Jk, 24hr is hard to beat consistently. Ill stay put

 

i'm the only guy in the shop with a tacoma.. i think we've got 1 salemen driving a 18. but hes not big into cars.. so i doubt hes on here

 

making money in the dealer world seems to be hard! lol. id like to go corporate one day. but eh. im doing fine for now.

 

Its feast or famine for a salesman. Made 8k some months. Made minimum wage others. I prefer stability.

 

ive got a 35 hr guarantee. but yea stability is the biggest issue with my pay scheme too. paid by the job. some weeks you can make 70 hrs. some 25.

 

35hr is great! I thought I had it goid @ 24hr.

 

seeing how long it stays. we're not union. and there isnt a written contract. its been a year.. before that there was no guarantee
