Anything welding

I use 6" and 12" Locking C clamp with swivel pad and without 90% of the time.

 

I'll probably try another coat but I doubt it'll hold.

 

Sunday weld day.

Since most of my early habit forming years were spent working on the road you can only lug so much along .

I just got used to a regular metal square and a magnetic level .

Although Kirk`s squares look like a good addition for me to buy and put them away and forget where.

As far as Clamps you can never have to many!!

 

I've very recently found those "F" clamps ( I think that's the name )

they are my new fav!!! I have no idea how I used the other ones for so long. I'm only a hobby guy, but man... what a difference just two of them have made in the garage!!

 

I call them bessy clamps. No idea if that’s their actual name, but I love them. Have a couple harbor freight ones.

 

I think Bessy came out with them first the rest just copied the design.

I am not sure if I have any regular C clamps any more

 

I think Bessy was the first with that design everyone else just borrowed it.

If I have any regular C clamps They might be buried in the tool box

 

You'll probably want to 'round' or cut at 45 deg those corners. Maybe it'll take 3 or 4 impacts before you see the benefits of doing so.

 

Not much but put together a bracket for air hose and extension cord reels. Trying to get a little more organized for an ambitious expo trailer build this winter.

 

Nice job. That is one hell of a table for a wood lathe. I was expecting a big Atlas or some such.....

 

Bad week for welding Machines !!

Customer failed to inspect a Trail Blazer 325 EFI shipped Common Carrier some place in transit it was laying on the side all the oil leaked out of the fill tube and Battery Acid all over .

They signed clean freight bills with the carrier I don`t know how this is going to play out

On another note A Fork Lift driver used to moving pallets dropped a Miller Pipe Worx 400 That type of machine should not flip end over end it was not pretty

What can I say bad week for Fork Lift drivers another machine goes for a nose dive Might be time for a new one

On the bright side my Tacoma was not hit so far this week

Old old and new new. Can’t believe how some people are. You get paid by the hour at work and when you sit around doing nothing , that makes time to go by slow and boring as can be.

why not just take a little pride and do the best you can with what you got?

I been trying to make this place better each chance I get even if they talk shit for it taking a little more time than if they would’ve built it.
