Plus, you're going to need a counterpart with the "beat it till it submits" way of doing things to get it in. I know a guy. ;)

they both helped before, I just do all the small tedious stuff while they do the muscling. It works out. They only need to be fed beer every 20 to 30 minutes or they'll die.

It worked well last time with a minimal amount of frustration. Although we both grumbled when Mitchell said "Alright let me grab by torque wrench...".

I showed up with my own food haha. Do you still have pulled pork left?

It’s for the best he wasn’t here when I assembled the crawl box then...

Yeah, he definitely has his way of doing things. Although he has learned that diffs require some manhandling haha. Hopefully that'll transfer to the crawl box.

I got in the biggest pickle trying to torque the ring gear bolts when I installed my front locker. (Something that’s probably actually important to torque) Can’t remember the torque value but it was more than I could hold with my left hand to keep the whole thing from spinning. I was alone and had red locktite drying on the bolts when I figured out I needed another set of hands.

    Did I...?

    A) remove the bolts. Call for help. Torque them properly with someone to hold it still for me.

    B) Try to wedge it between a floor jack and a work bench. Aaaaand when that failed, “torque” it by counting ugga duggas on the small impact.

    I’ll never tell...

If I do recall, you said "I wish I was better about torquing stuff... I only do it for the lower ball joint bolts".... your words!
