    That sounds better..this dieting this is not fun but I’m 100% committed. I have elimated soda, junk snacks, and energy drinks as well. Vastly reduced the volume of beer as well.:help:

    Yea we get the HEB Ready meals and they have helped us a lot. I have a soda now and again but more recently now than again :bananadead: Luckily I dont drink much beer but for you; between that and the sugar I'm surprised you still have meat on the bones:rofl:
