I have 12k miles on my 2018, and I have three more free Toyota care visits until June 1, 2020. I only got the first two done so far.

When should I get the remaining three done? Just space them out over the next 7 months?

Also, most of my trips are really short (0.2 miles), and the engine temp doesn't heat up. Any special oil and/or maintenance I should be doing? I know short trips are bad for the engine. No I don't want to walk the 0.2 miles as it is over a big highway.

Sorry, but I have no idea about the timing for the services.

Take it on a long drive on the weekends. Around 30min minimum.

Toyotacare covers service every 5k miles or 6months, with an oil change being every 10k or 12 months. It is good for 25k miles or 24 months, whichever comes first.

If you are doing a lot of short trips, you need to take a decent trip, long enough to warm the engine up and then some, at least once a month, every week would be better.

I don't think that they will do the tire rotations until you hit the mileage. And probably will not do the oil changes in less than 6 month intervals. If you wait to long, you probably just miss out on the free services.

They do tire rotations on time or mileage. I had my first tire rotation at 1200 miles, and my first oil change with tire rotations was at 3000 miles, but 12 months.
