So you didn’t actually drive (ride) under the influence but people (including the cops) assumed you had been riding the bike drunk and crashed?

Correct. The guy that I hired was able to find a backdoor to the gps tracking data on my phone and gave testimony that the information he obtained couldn't be altered by anyone. The data showed I never left my apartment building. Guy was pretty bad ass, trained by the NSA to find and track targets to be hit in the middle east. Happy he was on my side.

Almost went as far a suing Google when they refused to give that same data to me. But that would have been a HUGE ordeal and put me in crippling debt. Though, the payout could have been great if I could have gotten passed aallll of their lawyers

When they get chronic recidivist off the street , great! However, most of the the time it’s an innocent person would has never driven drunk before.

exactly. Man, could you imagine if someone was looking for a job if this happened to them? Granted its illegal to not hire someone who hasn't been convicted, the employer could just say they didn't hire the person for some other reason.

I doubt employers are going to thumb through mug shot databases. It would be easier to just look on Facebook and not hire someone for the stupid shit they post. Because let's be honest; most people who have had their mug shot taken, probably have a real peachy social media presence.

Depends on how you see it. The deep state are the ones who made the original coup. Weak and scared people empowered that coup. Now theres people trying to get the power back to the appropriate people the "1776" way. In reality the alphabet boys are the bad ones, not us.

Haven’t read more than a few of the posts for this thread, but I don’t have a problem with peoples names being listed when they’ve been arrested or charged. People play stupid games, they win stupid prizes. Don’t drive after drinking, don’t steal, don’t beat the shit out of anybody (even if they deserve it)(doing so in self defense is fine imo), and generally don’t be a douche bag, and your name stays out of the paper. Don’t want to get embarrassed? Don’t get caught doing embarrassing things.

No, they're the bad guys. They basically play the tax collector role here. They're the Waffen SS. They're the "good guys" who are "just following orders" and "obeying the law" no matter how wrong the law is. They're clled alphabet boys because their names are usually just 3 letters something like AFT, FIB, CAI or even DAE. Its always best to not spell their names correctly because the SNA is always listening, ya know?

They can listen to me all they want, they'd get tired of my redneck accent after 2 minutes of listening to me! Plus, I live a normal life with a wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs and a Bearded Dragon. I used to own guns, but I lost them in a boating accident years ago. Pretty ho hum in their grand scheme of things!

Yeah, so you're their enemy and they cant take your word for it. They're coming in and looking for them. Whats this? a ruger 10-22 with the child killing 30 magazine per second clip? Looks like you're a felon now. Oh look he has a glock with a carbine conversion and a stock. These are only designed to kill cops so you're getting a second felony and gonna be locked away for a long time.
