    Thought I would say hi, currently live in Seattle, but grew up in Las Cruces, was back there 2 summers ago....man I miss the smell of roasting green chili!!

    Yeah, there is a place up here called the Sante Fe Cafe and the owners are from Sante Fe. They have their chili shipped up from Hatch, NM so it's really good. The only issue is that they did change some things for the Seattleites, but they still have all the normal stuff.
