They are difficult to directly compare, because the TRD OEM halogen fogs are very wide angle, much wider than the existing LED fogs. The TRD halogens will light an area almost 90 degrees to the side of the truck, where as the LEDs will be more forward facing, still effectively illuminating the shoulders though. The halogen upgrade is also much brighter in terms of raw light output than the LED units. However, because the pattern covers so much more area, even though the light source is brighter the pattern intensity doesn't carry as far. So if you measure lux relatively close, the halogen reading is extremely bright, but when you measure it further away it will favor the LED, because the LED is more focused vs the OEM halogen being super wide angle. The other difference is glare. The OEM fogs do a pretty poor job of glare control, within legal limits, but poor. The halogen upgrade amplifies the existing pattern, including the glare. The LED fogs (except Baja) have strong sharp cut offs, so they provide less glare than stock. If running the Subaru halogen fog upgrade, the glare is much better controlled and the beam pattern is more forward facing.

Hmm. The Rigid 360 Series SAE fogs are no longer listed on Rigid's site. I suspect a delay. I've reached out to them to see whats going on.

I fully support companies withholding product with delays to ship something that is executed perfectly, rather than rushing something subpar to market to get the sales.

LOL. The OEM Rigid mounts were not due out till late October anyway, so you might have been able to get the lights 2 weeks earlier but you were still going to have to wait for the install mounts unless using an aftermarket bumper. But I’m looking forward to testing these once they ship out!

Nah, angry is when a company promises a fog light that many eagerly await and then delivers something else.
