Morning All. Let's get this rainy ass day moving. Once we hit 12pm we're on the down slope of the week.

And none of this microwaving meat shit. Was a cook in a steakhouse for 3 years and a meatcutter for a year.... And all this time I thought cooking a steak past medium rare or using A1 was the most sacrilegious thing you could do to a prime cut.

 

Sycamores are handsome, stately trees.
Not so good for shade though.

A volunteer sycamore got started on the property of the little old lady next door. (I mow her lawn for her).
She asked me to leave it be.
Man, has that tree ever grown fast.
Her Granny Smith apple tree (that I was tending) is doomed. Too close.
