It's less Tacoma and more mod
Its not a big enough concern, it's a common swap and I haven't heard complaints of vibes from it.

Oh one other nugget of info. If you can find an elocked diff, great, but you'll pay out the nose for it compared to an open one and the open one has a stronger driver side axle shaft.... So paired with an ARB that would be the wiser choice id think. Unless you went to chromoly shafts and we're already wired for an elocker like myself :p

OK, so just to play the middle road here in our current world of "only extremes." (I mean, the link is to infowars...)

The text of the link is misleading. California is not legislating or even trying to shut down Ham Radio Networks. If you read the actual article (and initial letter), they have asked people who have deployed repeaters on public lands (i.e. lands that the repeater operators do not own), to license those repeaters, and pay a "tenancy fee" (rent) to have them on the land. I'm not sure if I think that's right or not, but it is most definitely not "shutting down ham radio networks," which would imply that a Ham Radio Operator could no longer broadcast on a licensed frequency.

We need more middle road and willingness to engage in conversation in our country (and less "the sky is falling headlines"). That's one of the great things about TW IMO.

$3000-$5000 is a bit extreme considering HAM repeaters share facilities with other communication sites, and are generally operated by more mature individuals on a fixed income.
So yes, they are not very supportive and outwardly attempting to destroy a system that has farther reaching capabilities than cell towers.
The recent fires in Arizona primarily used mobile HAM radio stations to assist local relief efforts until other communication systems could be put back into service.

Just broke my exterior passenger door handle for the second time in a year. First little cold snap and it’s done.

Anybody know of a replacement metal version?

Yeah it does, but it'll take less than an hour. @Blackdawg has a write-up in his Igor build

The door panel is 3 screws and some clips that just pop out/break (replace, if you want), atleast on the 99

would i have to disassemble or unhook all of the power controls on the armrest?
my panels have never been removed
it could be the best way to check the drain holes and shoot some of that fancy FF stuff down in there
