What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Installed an aux fuse block. Used an Xfinity comcast modem aluminium shelf and flipped it upside down for my tray. Worked perfectly.

 

That’s a nice sticker. I’ve had mine on my hydro flask for about 4 years now.

I'm looking at an ARB front bumper that is on my local CL right now. Trying to make up my mind on it. Seems like a decent price or if I should pass on it. $700 for the non fog light version. Less than a year old, no rust. It's either the bumper or a new deer rifle.

 

"Installed" my first patch. This is earned by achieving field status for Search and Rescue. Pretty proud moment for me.

 

That's a decent deal, but isn't that one $8-900 new? Tell the seller that you are on the fence and offer $650.

 

Concur! Offer $600 and haggle that $50.

 

Personally I'd go with the deer rifle, but that might be cause I'm in the market for a lightweight .243
But then again you can kill a deer with that bumper too.

 

But it sounds like he already has a deer rifle....

...technically, he already has a bumper too; but he doesn't have a steel bumper.

 

Ran over a doe this morning. Too dark to see any possible damage in the dark when I got here. I’ll have to check in an hour when I leave.

 

Likely just an excuse to buy a new winch capable bumper.

 

Finally installed the illuminated Hilux 4WD switch after sitting on the parts for 2 years.

 

This one works fairly well already.

I wired a usb port to the overhead console (for a powered mirror that I plan to add at some point.. anyone have luck with the touchscreen mirrors? This is the one I am looking at:

I also installed an LED toolbox/bed light... just waiting for a switch to be able to turn it on.

 

That mirror looks like great option for those with a shell that don't already have oem cam..............

 

that mirror with dash cam and rear camera will work for about 3 months and then garbage
