Trophy hunting is not a purpose. In my opinion it's a sad dick measuring game. Like 65 year olds in Corvettes with there granddaughter who's 18

I mean, trophy hunting boost the local economy in many places (Africa, New Zealand, Alaska, Canada) and puts a value on the animal, giving the government a reason to manage/ protect it.
And it keeps the herd healthy

Huh, telephoto I guess, most pictures I’ve taken in the last were with a Nikon Cool Pix, I just got a new Sony last spring I’m still trying to figure out.

Sweet, I love seeing a huge eagle or osprey up above circling while I'm fishing and then see it dive bomb on some snake or varmint or something. Scream down fast beak first and right at bottom get those talons out and down first. It's amazing to watch

That part I get. It's these "weekend warriors" who are dentists or doctors that piss me off. They shoot a deer and brag about it on Facebook after shooting 5 times! I saw that happened and all I can think of what a waste of good meat.

I guess I don’t see the issue, getting multiple shots puts the animal down faster

Wood pile? Like fire wood that's drying/seasoning? We might have been separated at birth twins or something, or it's nice to see someone appreciate the little things that I do lol that's prolly little more realistic :D
