    I am not sure why they even bother doing much more then sealing the concrete and let it roll or some sort of epoxy / rhino lining coating But they didn't so .

    ughh. at the dentist. hard thing here in VA is getting state inspection for the vehicles. state went to computer system and have to allow 45min. for each one. so a certified tech can only do 8-10 a day. if you have 3 techs that still only 30 a day. my shop has a sign up no more inspections today. will show up at 7 in the morning to get one. raining all day here and low 50’s.
