    I live on a Virginia Wildlife Trail. Eagles,Osprey,Falcons,Egrets,Herons,Fishers,Rail,Quail and plenty of their preferred food, Snakes,Squirrels,Mice,Ground hog,Kittens. Watched Eagles mating and attacking Vultures for carrion. No Bears or Big Cats unless you count Bobcat.

    I just upgraded elect from 50A fuses to 100A breakers and installed 2 mini splits. First year with thermostat climate control EVER. 8 chords dry hardwood tarped for winter.Prolly 8 more wet piles to split n stack.I still have an outhouse but we polite southerners call it the Privy. Have a real indoor full bath also.All the mods now:cheers:

    Last tech ordered all new hinges and im pretty sure the door is off because the adjusters are lose and ones missing a screw
