Good morning all. I almost retired yesterday. After ripping out a rotten kitchen floor & installing tile in a flea infested apartment, I sent a pic to the property mgr. for her client. She said it looked much better but the beige tile should have been gray.

The color was never discussed. Her kitchens & baths have always been the .49 bargain tile from Lowe's. I bid the job high hoping I wouldn't get it. At least they like it now. I was ready to walk away & hang up my trowel for good.

    When you assume......

Pavement! This is the first paved driveway I've ever had. The snowblower will thank me.

    Mr. Big checks it out.

Nice set up Dave. Room for 2 cars and a decent workshop. Or room for 2 cars and a project car.

I was going to build a 3 window supercharged street rod when I retired.
I can't stand looking at cars now so I'm not sure that is going to happen.
    Plus the expense.
    But then again..

I understand completely. I am a retired telephone guy and really took motivation to run speaker cables for the new AV setup this winter and the 2 ATMOS rear speakers I added in August.

PBX Repair into private sector. Finished out my last 20 years in management. Last job was managing technicians across the US that kept branch offices up and running as well as connected. Glad I do not do that anymore. 24X365 job with too many headaches.
