Totally dependent on your load, and available, unshaded, roof space. pretty easy to decide based on a rough ROI calculation

I opted for the manual, and have only had manual tacos. The 3.5 paired with the manual is much happier. Even better than the 4.0 with the 6 speed IMO.

I mean that's a lot better than the gigantic gouge I put in my passenger side doors when some asshole left a shopping scooter parked right up against my truck in the parking lot and I pulled out without knowing it was there. There were zero other cars around me so I thought I was good but nope, that thing was left right up against my passenger side. I do a 360 walkaround my vehicles whenever I leave a parking lot from ever since.

My coworker added solar to his house and basically connected the panels directly to certain outlets that he added in rooms.

Not sure of the specifics and its been an age since he talked about it but he prefers that over full integration and dealing with the power companies.

So fellas, my time in Hawaii is quickly coming to an end and we will be in Colorado before the new year.

Due to a third child being born, some of y’all might remember, but we traded the Tacoma for a Sienna. Sad times. Wife knows I was pretty bummed so she’s given me the green light to get look around for a “new to me” Tacoma for Colorado.

Although I’ll be in Colorado, my search fan is pretty wide. If anybody knows of any 1st gens for sale in the CA, AZ, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico area please let me know.

    -1st Gen
    -Double or access cab
    -4x4
    -Reasonable mileage
    -Reasonable condition
    - $7k-$10k

Some of y’all that I reached out to directly have been helping out in the search already, I appreciate it. Figure I’ll cast a wider net and see what I get.

Hope all is well and everyone is behaving themselves.

anyone have suggestions for things to do in Flagstaff this weekend?

it's our anniversary and so far we are planning on doing the Lava Tube Hike and see the color changing leaves. Other than that, completely open to suggestions ranging for local places to eat/drink to nice places for dinner or anything else for that matter. We are bringing our little dog so pet friendly is preferred, although she would have no issue staying in the hotel room for a few hours.

Take her wayyyyy out into the woods and plow her over a stump. Women love that public shit.

any cool spots with a view you would suggest for this? although if the public plowing isn't an option, would be cool to go exploring and maybe picnic. I've never done any exploring near flag.

the plowing comes later of course... ;)

Could drive out to end of the world. Lava tube will be nice, but fair warning it will be cold down there, probably close to 40* or below.

Food just walk through downtown and take your pick. Most places have pretty good food. La Vetta is great for Italian. We went there for our anniversary last year. The McMillan has amazing Mac and cheese and their Forsythe burger is my favorite burger in town. Not too many dog friendly restaurants downtown, but a few that have patios are pet friendly on the patios.
