    Just got back from 1.5 hrs of PT and I'm beat !!!! , something so simple as getting up/out of a chair with no arm rests is so hard right now . This is because I'm so tall and trying to get leverage by only lifting from my hips

    The taller the chair its much easier but smaller chairs is my kryptonite . My PT kept pushing me but after about 30x's I finally mastered it

    Next time try this !!!! ..... sit in a armless chair that's lower to the ground . Slide forward to the edge then get up out of the chair just using.your lower body muscles . Then slowly get back into the chair using those same muscles

    I need to point out that stating "lousy fish sandwich from McD" has the implication that there is a good fish sandwich from the same location. There is not.

    Having had north Atlantic cod sandwiches on a bollito roll with spicy tartar and sharp cheddar, any other fish sandwich is cat food.




    I wouldn't feed Mickey D's to a cat.

    ROFLMAO. well im broiling shrimp scampi and oyster rockafeller tonite. stopped at our only seafood shop and got shrimp and a pint of James River oysters. just mixed garlic butter, breadcrumbs,and spinach for the oysters and will top with a grate of asiago cheese. :thumbsup: im tired of gravy. hehe
