Right? I love the “here’s why according to anatomy” approach he takes.

I agree. I love PTs and like that he brings all that into his videos.
I really need to do his posture correction routines.

Ripped 520x6 today at 4am before work. I pulled 500 for one at a push pull comp back in March. This 5/3/1 week left me with 475x2 squat, 355x3 bench, and 520x6 dead. Ready for a deload and excited to find my true maxes at the end of the year.

    Well.. I did not die.
Great leg day. I’m still only pushing 135 on squats. But did 4x10 today. Still worried about the knee. Better safe than sorry.

    Here’s my take on it:

just do it. Find ways around it and make it work. Barbell bench kiiiiiillllls my shoulder (that I’ve fucked up a couple times), but dumbbell bench doesn’t as much...so I do dumbbell nowadays. Just work through your shit.

My traps and delts do their own work so I rarely work them specifically. When I do attack delts it's usually with a overhead press dropset. 14 10 pound plates on each side and do 10 reps then have your help pull one and continue on.

I have mass but I’m not huge by any means.

    My goals:
    42DB135B-EC86-46AA-A2D3-58EA3872ADA5.jpg

I’d probably need to be 10lbs heavier.

But mass is mass is mass. Go tell @masher59 he’ll wither away to nothing leaning down lol

    No.
