    Waxzzuuuuup fellas (and gals)???

After another round of electric powered mini weed whacker (aka nose trimmer) and I figured it was time to come out of the closet and join the crew.

    Test first:
    1. What condiments do you prefer for your hot dogs? Think carefully!
A: Southern style; mustard, relish, onions.... no mas
    1. What snack cakes Little Debbie’s, Hostess or Drake?!
A: At this point processed sugars and calories are baaaadddd.
    1. What is your preferred hardware for removing the younglings from the lawn?
A: easy peasy; threats to unleash the dog.
    1. Dog or Cat? This is not a question about what is on the dinner menu!
    A: Dog(s)
    1. Goat Porn?
A: Only worth it if you have to pay for it.
    1. Coffee or Tea? Those are your only choices!
A: Damn, double damn. Coffee for me, tea for two.
    1. Bacon
A: I assume this is a litmus test?
    1. Toilet paper rolls, over or under?
    A: Over for sure.
    1. Daylight Savings good or bad?
A: messes with my traffic pattern... bad.
    1. How do you like your steak cooked?
A: graduated from well done, to medium, to medium rare, on my way to ‘just needs a good vet to get it back on its feet’

At 50+, we’ve all probably had a few epiphanies or reminders. I’ll share my latest reminder. Recently sold my brand new UpTop rack to a youngster. We were talking Taco Trash in the driveway for a while and how we both really liked our truck and didn’t understand all the griping. I commented that “it’s like a marriage, once you realize what you have and accept it, it’s so much better”. Don’t sweat the small stuff, and it’s all.....

I grew up when Batman still drove a Lincoln Futura and we all assumed Gilligan was a eunuch, otherwise how could he stand the pressure of not goggling those two.

I was raised to say yes ma’am and sir, even to those we didn’t like. Take your hat off indoors. You stopped to help those on the side of the road. Somebody who asked you for a bit of money really needed it. And politicians still had a smidgen of altruism left in them.

I’m sure there’s some long timers in here (going to take me a few weeks, months, years to get through this beast).

So be easy on the noob.

Now that’s gotta be frickin’ crazy. Receiving 40 something random bottles of ketchup annually.

<edit> somebody pm me that and I’m game.

Getting a bit sporty down here.
Lost power once already for a couple hours.
Sounded like a transformer breaker blew up down the road.

Since about 5pm we've picked up over 1.3" of rain so far and it's coming down in buckets sideways. Quite windy too... I won't even comment on power.
