Thanks. Isn't that case pretty shallow? Like 6 inches?

Well, we've had a CO2 laser that's been costing us thousands in repairs and downtime for the past couple years, so it was time to make the leap to a new machine. The bank loves us

Any comparison on the width and height of the Prinsu and Victory? Just bought a cap with a Prinsu toprack. Need a rack for the cab now.. curious if the difference will be noticable.

Love the Victory rack but I am still worried about the steel mounts on the Victory in the NE Ohio salty slurry spraying winter. I will be in the market next spring and will be interested in rust issues as rust always seems to happen no matter the coating unless you fluid film it.

We use a zinc-rich primer as a base coat before powder. After the primer coat is baked on, we lay down a top coat of a sandtex black powder, then do a final bake of the parts. The coating materials and methods we choose for our products are designed to exceed a 6,000-hour salt spray under ASTM D 117-94 test methods

    Hi folks,

Installed my victory rack two weeks ago and have been battling all sorts of noise from it since day one. Sounds like vibrations coming from the fairing and possibly the light bar. Has anyone noticed this issue? There is a lot of flex on the fairing because it doesn’t have an extrusion bar behind it to make it stiff. Called victory and they suggest I losses everything and tighten it back up. Tried that and it has not helped.

    Ideas?

Is your fairing weatherstripping pressed against the roof? We have the top lip on both the LED and non-led fairing to make it stiff. No need for an extrusion bar behind it, but that relies on the bottom of the fairing being supported on the roof via the weatherstripping.

As long as you adjust the front all the way down so there not a big gap underneath, I cant hear any noise at all unless I open my moonroof and then I can hear a little bit. Zero effect on my MGP and zero effect on handling. WE just had a windstorm not too long ago and gust up to 60mph and my truck felt no different than before.

Hello yes and it’s possible that it’s the light bar vibrating against the fairing. I’m going to pull the light today to see if it helps. If it turns out to be the lights I’m not sure what my options are as I don’t think I’ll be able to fab up a more stable mount myself.

You may just need to space the light bar up a washer width or two.
