All my server are in military time by time zone location because developers are dumb and screw up simple things like clocks and time zones all the time!

Horseman’s Lodge is cool. If you’re on that side of the mountain it would be worth checking out Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monuments:

As far as dog friendly places, Biff’s Bagles is a good breakfast spot, Dark Sky Brewing would be good for drinks & dinner.

Theres a thousand outdoor/adventure/daytime things to do in the greater Flagstaff area but everyone else is already talking about those. Once you're sick of that and want to relax, start the evening at Mother Road. Get pizza from Pizzicletta next door, its the best pizza West of Chicago. Also their gelato is amazing. They have a server inside of the brewery so you don't have to wait for a seat at the restaurant, though I like actually sitting in the tiny space because thats part of the experience. It doesnt open until 5 FYI. Then hit the Rendezvous on the main floor of the Monte V. From there, depending on how you want your evening to go either hit the Monte Vista Lounge in the basement (for more of a dive atmosphere) or walk across the street to a little known spot on the 2nd floor above the Alleycats Haircutting Salon, to a place called FLG Terroir. Its slightly hard to find, you have to go in a shared doorway and up the stairs. Its a super chill wine bar. Think low lighting, good music, good wine selection and small bites if you are hungry-ish.

When you wake up, hit Macys coffee shop if you want the classic mountain town vibe or go around the corner to Single Speed Coffee Cafe if you want the same quality and atmosphere with less wait and transients.

edit:If you arent familiar, Hotel Monte Vista is where the movie Casablanca was filmed and its also haunted, if you believe in that shit. Its a rad place.

Well I got everything back in other than the cat back and all tidy last night. Ready for Transmission fluid and oil. Then I will check codes on my laptop with the new software and cable I bought. Hopefully all is good now.

I’ll second horseman’s for a good steak. Plus it’s my side of town.

Edit: If you want a pet friendly crappy locals bar head about a mile north of horseman’s to the timberline tavern. That’s or local bar for when we want to go out. Surprisingly good wings and chicken fried steak. But definitely not your downtown bar scene.
