Hers is dead too. She's having a hard time after her show. She obviously gained body fat afterwards and she just can't get over it. It's mentally screwing her up. She's getting better day by day, but honestly it's not easy.

She gets to watch me eat 4k calories a day ( I mean I am gaining fat too, which is ok, I miss my abs, but I need to gain muscle). So while she eats 1600 a day I still get all sorts of room and she's confined to some basics at 1600. It is what it is though, this is part of the game. She's also not doing much for cardio so her calorie count is down a bit too.

I told her she's getting her shit straight after the holidays - no excuses.

Shes a tiny gal though right?

Throw the IF suggestion at her. She needs to fit her lifting in her feeding window but one thing I feel on this diet is moreso I feel like I’m eating so much. I’m eating the same as before its just in a tighter window so I can eat a lot more at one time.
Especially because I workout for 1.5-2 hours in my window so its like eating for 6 hours LOL.
    I eat at 12, 1, 2, 6, 8 lol.

Plus it may be enough of a change to perk up her metabolism.

I scarfed down a couple Krispy Kreme donuts and my girlfriend said she hated me as she’s stuck around the 1500-1750 calorie mark.

I agree, usually. But sometimes you just need a Kirspy Kreme.

Hormones are brutal for real I don't know if gh would be beneficial to you or not. My wife has been sleeping better since I put her on a 2iu per day regiment of Pfizer Genotropin. She stopped taking melatonin and if you remember she has the thyroid issues also.

Shit I wish I'm blowing 3-4 loads a day. I might have to ice my balls tonight.

I prefer not to take anything not absolutely necessary.

Sleep is only an issue for me when I don’t make it a priority.

Sex needs to be like part of the regular workout routine I feel like.

I suffer after like two days without.

what the fuck did you just say to me?

    Get out.

That’s why you should always avoid squatting. Or leg day, in general. Just not worth it.
