You know, it might have been. Not sure, i replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring and put silicone along the roof molding. I think that stopped the leaks, but i am not 100% sure. Havent seen any water on the passenger floor since

i checked it, but i think it's good. Its been about a year or so, im honestly kinda surprised it hasnt started up agian. Could be an issue where the roof meets the windshield seal

12 Years no leaks. I drilled at the pinch weld on the roof, sealed it up and reinstalled the rubber strip. Very strong there. Some have questioned the independent movement between the cab and the cap. Never been an issue in 12 years of commercial use.

It's those aluminum extrusion crossbars they use. Super expensive.

I personally didn't. I used JB weld, but @Blais03 did. He would know the tool to use.

Basically. I used marine JB weld. Though it worked I would recommend using the tool if you willing to spend the money. It will save a bunch of time.

I drilled holes and used a riv-but tool with some 3m windoweld urethane to seal it on both sides. Then used black adhesive silicone on the threads of the bolts. She don’t leak.
