Hey y’all, I’ve got an 05 4x4 with the 4.0 and a 6 speed manual. I’ve had this truck for about 2 years and I’m currently sitting on 165000 miles.

Over the last couple years I’ve been changing fluids, and replacing things that are on worn out, and or broken. Below is a list of everything I’ve replaced, and already on my to do list. Any advice on what else I should be looking out for would be awesome!

I‘m sitting on a 2.5” coil spring leveling kit, and 265/75/16 tires. I also do a fair amount of off-roading. (Mud, sand, and rocks)

Btw I keep up with all of my routine maintenance (oil, plugs, filters, etc.) so those don’t count.

    Already done:
    front hub assemblies
    TSB leaf springs
    Front coils
    Bilstein 5100s on all corners
Sway bar and tie rod end links
    Head light assemblies
    Starter motor
    Spark plugs
    Front and rear diff fluid
    Trans, and t-case fluid
    Shift lever bushing
    Serpentine belt

    Already on my list:
    Brake rotors
    Upper control arms
    Lower control arm bushings/ball joints
    Diff breather mod
    Clutch, flywheel, throw out
    Oil catch can

I’m just trying to bring this old truck back to a tight and proper. I’m always down for after market upgrades, and performance additions!

Suspect you've been handling engine oil - air filter - MAF sensor clean - cabin filter. If you haven't done so yet, I would change coolant and flush power steering and brake fluid and maybe change serpentine belt.

Perfect, I hadn’t thought about those 3 fluids yet! Got the rest you’ve mentioned
