As long as the Yankees and Dodgers get knocked out I’ll be glad to watch Houston and Washington, especially with Harper not there to cash in on a ring.

Yeah the opposite is what it's been basically. TBS is not available in rooms but is available in the pub. Monday's game was shown but not heard due to the sound on for MNF. Then last night's game was during Karaoke in the pub so no game audio. Just mostly bad singing during the victory.
Our Nats are playing so well right now!

As a braves fan, nothing sweeter than the cardinals making up a story line that the braves "started shit" and they "ended it" and saying they will f*ck up anyone only to be swept into oblivion with one of the worst offensive performances ever.

Anyone else having audio problems in NYC? I have tried every audio setting my Sony has. All crowd drone, almost no announcers.

Yeah, posted that and then thought . . .

well, I don’t need the announcer noise either. Frankly more turned off by what sounds like a bunch of people yelling through a long tunnel combined with what sounds a bit like large waves crashing on the rocks. WTF?

Well I for one think the Yankees season is over. No way they win three in a row and two against Verlander then Cole. Like every postseason since 09 our hitting isn’t consistent. Outside of DJ and Torres they all were shit at the plate. Encarnacion batted .067, Gardner, Gio, Sanchez, and Didi batted all below .133. Boone also with some questionable line up choices like DHing Encarnacion every game and he has two hits. Not giving Romine a chance at al behind the plate when Sanchez wasn’t even close to the ball swing and when he did it was a foul ball pop up to third. Also taking Chad Green out in game two to go to Adam Ottovino(breaking ball pitcher) to face Springer (who batted .369 against the breaking ball during the regular season). Lack of depth at starting pitching shows. Hope to see a good series between the Nats and the Astros.

Gotta give credit to the Astros too. Starting pitching is phenomenal. Springer, Brantley, Correa, and Bregman are crushing it(when they need too) and Altuve hasn’t been 100% all year. Their one weakness and I don’t see it hurting them against the nationals is that bullpen. I really like how AJ Hinch doesn’t over manage the game. That lineup is racking with Alvarez slumping horribly and basically no production out of first base either. World Series prediction Astros in 5
