Nice. I was born in Alabama, but my dad immigrated from China when he was 17.

Its a fun ride/camping trip, you gotta camp at Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery it is so awesome. $5 to camp with beer on tap out in the middle of the woods. The owner is a good guy and his wife cooks anything you want on their menu and it is all great, its 15 miles from Nemo's Tunnel. Its not a very hard ride at all

My parents came over here for a better future and education for my sisters and I, instead of in a war-torn country.

I know there are a few of y’all in here that work out/live a healthy lifestyle. I’ve decided it’s time to shed some weight while it’s not too difficult. Going to lose 30lbs by 30 years old. Gives me just under a year. In the gym 3x a week and doing 1 ruck/hike a week. What are some of yalls favorite healthy meals? Easier the better. And even better if they can be eaten cold on a job site.

One of my favorites is to take a can of tuna, mix it with some low carb BBQ sauce, and microwave it for about a minute to cook the BBQ flavor in. You can put it on a bun and it tastes pretty damn close to a BBQ sandwich.
