Plenty of angled pictures but nothing showing how they aren’t full length.

Then why are they shorter than mine? Or so they appear?

If companies were upfront and gave dimensions there wouldn’t be an issue here.

Finding out after the product has been shipped and installed that they are not full length is BS

    Nice try.

yep. It’s they fault that they didn’t hold your hand through the ordering process and failed to motivate you to do your own due diligence on a mod that you did to your truck.

    totally

Had you “measured before you cut”, you could have avoided this “problem”....

U think that's an adequate picture showing the detail length of the sides?

    It's complicated.
Their website photos CLEARLY show the length of the sliders... If you had any doubt, you could have called them.

Sour grapes because YOU didn't do your homework before buying?!

THIS is the photo RCI has on their site--and on their site, the photo is very large, and shows great detail.

The photo you posted is shit. The photo they have on their site is excellent.

Are any sliders “tire to tire”?

Would a perfect side profile be better? Yes, but I think it clearly shows how long sliders are, if you zoom in on it a little bit.

I also think it would have been most adequate to invest 5min in google and look up photos from hundreds of people with RCI sliders to find the exact angle that you are looking for.

also think it would have been smart to obtain the measurements of the product, previous to ordering.

Also, it would have been prudent to measure the sliders (if not already aware of measurements) previous to install.

    But that’s just me.

I thought this was a forum to help others?

I made this thread to help others that are considering getting sliders.

This isn’t my first set of sliders.

Hopefully this thread will clear up the “angled pics” and the lack of dimensions on the company’s product page.

Yes, I got stuck with a worthless set of sliders because I didn’t investigate beyond the company’s product description. It’s my fault.

    You all happy now?

Although you will have to go quite a bit back but a little research of the brands you want to purchase may have help when purchasing items. I'm not bashing either one and it is buried. It may have been nice for some if dimensions were listed I suppose.

I myself have a set coming and I do not have an issue with it. But this is what I found before I made my purchase.
