3" lift Up front(Donahoe Racing ext. travel coil overs, Camburg UCA's), 1.5-2" lift in the back(aal and some billy 10" stroke short bodies), Bushwhacker Cut-Out fender flairs, 16"x10" Procomp Street locks, and 305/70 Procomp X-Terrains.
You can get Bilstein 5100 package ( Bilstein 5100 adjustable front struts and extended length Bilstein 5100 for the back) and buy an aal from toyteclifts.com for $460.10 (7% tax included) and it will get you 2 1/2" lift or you can spend the extra 150 and get Eibach coils and it will give you a full 3" lift coming out to $620.60 (7% tax included). I would not recomend putting the Eibach coils on stock struts because It can be quite stiff. I know from experience, they are on my stock billies now...

X2 that would be a good setup. That's what i was going to do at first but I plan on replacing my leaf pack so I figured why not just get the 5150's right now instead of upgrading to them later and selling my rear shocks.

Note you had to pay tax? I didn't that sucks.

That sucks there trying to pass something in CA were you have to pay tax on all online orders as well. Whatever it's still cheaper to buy online.

Hopefully it does not go through. The government is just trying to find more ways to tax us. :der::annoyed:

if you go the ome route just get the 883 springs and a bar up front since your a extended cab :) my 883's got me 3 inches on my double cab but ive heard the 881's arent gonna reach 3" on an extended cab although i dont have that experience
