Same at the Toyota dealer in my town; the parts manager will actually tell you to order online and pick up at their store for a discount.

 

I had some napa ones I could of sold you.

 

That's a weird policy but I guess I've heard of that before at other kinds of retailers. Doesn't really make sense to me though

My local dealer will only price match other dealers if they're within a 30 mile or so radius, if I show them Camelback's prices for instance they won't do it. Sucks but it is what it is

 

My dealer doesnt do online parts, just astronomical prices in person only. McGeorge Toyota online is my go to for stuff that can wait.

Can you do me a favor and see if your AutoZone has a Left 555 Outer Tie Rod in a Duralast box? I’ve been to three different Autozones and none of them are 555, even though the Passenger side one I bought was branded 555.

I think Napa tie rods are 555, atleast they are for a 2nd gen.
