I've put maybe $1,200 into my 2010 so far. It needs a few more maintenance items and I want to redo the headlights with a good HID retrofit. (Not a shit setup lol)

Twelve thousand? I only paid 15.8k for the truck so I don't plan on anywhere near that.

So far I have done or purchased:

    Weathertech floor mats front/rear: $170
    Door sill protectors: $90
Cabin filter and new wiper blades: $32
New 5w-30 synthetic oil change: $28 (forget the exact oil price)
    Bilstein 5100s (parts only): $350
    Bilstein 5100 installation/alignment: $500
Rear diff and transfer case oil change: $10 (already had some 75w-90)
Spark plug change: $30 (Denso plugs and a gapper)
Throttle body cleaning: Free (I had the supplies from before)
    Battery holder: $5
    Engine air filter: $25ish

That puts me at $1240. I'm only at 150k but I would love to see how the OP got to $12,000.

Clean title. It was in a hailstorm and the dealer replaced a few things. New windshield, hood, and tires. I’ve had new shocks installed and did several maintenance items. 150k miles.
