    Hi,

2017 SR5. Recently started having an issue where my bluetooth will drop during a call. Sometimes, it will hang up the call, others it will transfer audio to the earpiece. It's becoming increasingly frustrating because I make a lot of phone calls with contractors on my way into and coming home from work, and I always have to have them repeat everything. Sometimes the radio crashes entirely and has to reboot. Wife is starting to get annoyed, too :)

Phone is an iPhone XS Max. Has anyone had this issue, and if so how did you fix it? Can I do a factory reset on the radio unit? It doesn't happen in my Hyundai so I assume it's a Toyota issue.

    Thank you!

Reset your radio and try to unpair and pair your phone. Should work .

Reset as in reboot, or an actual "hard" reset? If the latter, how do I do that? As far as unpairing and pairing, I've done that a bunch.
