I need my truck today, have to order the axle slide hammer adapter because I don’t want to mess with those axles again without one. Wasn’t fun the first time.

Getting out is easy, putting it back in isn’t fun.

Ive actually destroyed several CV axles at junkyards trying to get them out by force.

This has never been an issue for me. Pry bar and a hammer is all that's required

Last year we only had one snow. 16"-20" at once. Most Ive seen in my lifetime. But the week after was in the 60's, it went away fast haha. Usually 4"-5" is about average. Maybe 2-3 times a winter. Although if it so much as covers the topsoil schools are closed and grocery store shelves are empty. I swear the media loves to hype up southerners about snow storms. People forget that it can snow one day, and be 70 outside the next.

It seems it depends on the distributor. Southeastern Toyota likes Continental or bridgestone for the cars, Toyo on the trucks. And the goodyear kevlar tires for the higher trim tacos, but thats nationwide I think.

Tell me about it. Swapping tires. They take an excessive amount of weight to get into balance. Sickening.

Does anybody know about dishwashers? I need to buy a new one. The current Whilrpool lasted 4 years. I'm looking at a Bosch at Lowes.

my original tires were one of the better ones, Goodyear Wranglers, they lasted for a very long time!

I likely wasn't alive before your original tires had run their course

Usually the whirlpool brands (maytag, Amana, Jenn-air, one more dammit...) are the most reliable. Most of them will do okay as long as you keep the filter and stuff cleaned and don't believe the 'throw your plate on with all the crap still' that's peddled. That's what kills the pumps, choppers, etc. The ones that seem to require the most meticulous type owner are the Samsung and LG.
