@Empty_Lord any tip or anything to keep in mind on replacing the upper A/F sensor on 05 Corolla? Looks pretty straight forward. On the common engine 1.7L I think it is

Kenmore contracts out with many manufacturers. Whirlpool seems to be the main one though. Worked on Kenmore - LG made stuff. First time I didn't know and I remember triple looking it up and then dawned on me lol but yeah primarily Whirlpool

    Everything but the driveshaft. B03A - 410
The push button controls on the Whirlpool seemed to go out fast. Its like it starts for a minute, then shuts off. We a Maytag dishwasher when it was still Maytag that lasted for years. The best was a Kitchen Aid when they were still owned by Hobart. I like the silverware basked in the door of whirlpool.

Is there any company left that sells a commercial dishwasher for home use. Kind of like Speed Queen laundry from 5 years ago.

Oh yeah those old kitchen aids are still running today, those that kept them. All bronze, no plastic. The old folks never believe me when I tell them how glad I got to work on these old beauty's. Seriously. It is absolute overkill for today's standards. Beautiful machines.

Get it nice and hot, then take the magical O2 socket and smash it with the impact until the socket and sensor become one. Then give up and drink a beer.

Yep same ones I run well whirlpool but same thing, they changed very little with it for over 40 years. What an amazing and successful design. All of a sudden the majority of Americans could have a well performing washing machine thanks to this thing like the 50s 60s and stuff. Shame the stupid whatever standards they were I dunno from epa or something, but caused that direct drive system to not be able to be used any longer. Energy requirements and water requirements I think it was.

I'll take a pic when I can next time. But at work we have a collection of old equipment on display in the front (old machine shop charm). Anyway we have three gas powered Maytag washers and two of them run still.

As in the CV joint separates from the axle. It’s happened to 75% of axles I’ve manhandled.
