Badly rusted '97 frame. What are my options w/ the truck?

    i was just adding to the TW database about a personal experience is all
    the OP was from a neighboring state of mine and received no notice, like i suppose most around these parts did not, at least an official one!
    he did move halfway across the country so that is a possible issue with trying to track down where the truck was currently at when notices went out last decade
