Originals were BFG A/Ts dry rotted before treadlife. Got 82,000 on GY Wranglers.Replaced with same.

That's nice of them to do that. I'll end up haul mine to the dump. They have some type of appliance/computer disposal fee.

 

Whats up with the home mini split filters $59 ea. they are about 2 by 6 in. Require diamond service annually to keep 12 yr Mitsubishi warranty

 

Throw the plastic parts out, and sell the metal shell to the scrapyard.

No municipal trash service here WM has the largest East coast Landfill here. Free drop off sites every 15 mi. or so. Really nice facilities with used oil tank, Tire disposal,seperate hoppers for plastic/paper/metal recycle, compactors and after storms they bring in the BIG DIESEL DRUM GRINDERS and claw excavators to load them.Park and ride space is 4acres with Bus pagoda. Once a month they collect hazardous waste free.

The best part is making friends/bribing attendant to keep an eye out for wanted items like Outboards, Whole lawn tractors with a flat tire,clogged carb or missing cup holderI got a moldy 2018 AC window unit yesterday its all good now will fetch $50 July 2020.NO SALVAGING is their official policy due to liability BUT.

Niiiiice, I love my friends who hook up folks like us that aren't a liability to them, but obviously we're safe and know what we're doing with what they hook us up with
I am terrible at wrecking yards and sometimes at the dump, sometimes you really do see stuff that is perfectly functional and high quality! I feel it is waste on jy end to let that go the dump.
Case in point, last week saw a Danby mini fridge at curb of Street. Asked owner, oh had it at my office and I don't want to pay to dispose it. Me: Does it work? Them: Yes. Me: I'll load it up in pick up real quick and get rid of it for ya. Them: Sweet!
Sold it 2 days later on local classifieds for 50 bucks. Didn't need a thing. That what I call win-win
