    Going in on Sunday for a '20 TRD off Road DCSB, basic tech packaged, led headlights, dual zone climate/premium audio packaged. MSRP is $42k, what do you think they'd go down to?

    At the end of the month (pref the last 4 days) -- put a few dealerships against each other and have them compete for your business. If some have reached their quota, they won't play--the ones that are close will. It's hard to say how low they'll go without doing this. A good deal this month may be a bad deal the next--and vice versa.

    Picked up my 20 SR5 DCSB 4x4 for $33,500 before taxes. Had another dealer offering $32,850 but they were not getting it in for another two months. I used USAA car buying service to get the best price up front.

They wanted $5000 over MSRP. they were telling me that Southern California wants even more. This is my first new truck in 25 years and it was exactly what I wanted so I was not the best negotiator and got it for MSRP at $47,785. I don’t even want to say what the out the door cost was with California tax, DMV and an extended warranty.

    Mine was pretty well loaded. I got it for around 37k cash out the door and I feel I got hosed. Oh, and I did get a tonneau cover and all weather mats as well.

    Not bagging on you, I actually feel bad for you.

    Tacoma came home today. 33,300 for the SR5 double cab. 1,500 below invoice. Drove 2 hours into PA. Cement, exactly what I wanted. “Costco price” given in email, was better than I hoped for. Don’t believe it was processed as a true Costco purchase.

    They only had the one Pro and they hadn’t even taken delivery of it before I put a reserve on it. They did just get a 2019 Pro trade in the day I picked mine up.
