tonorrow. Changing the sensor and a tune up

 

I did my due diligence before pulling the install trigger. Best unit,local co.reputation,unit issues etc. Water dripping was one I saw multiple times. Install tech was kinda surprised when I volunteered to pay extra for emergency overflow cutoff switch and condensate traps. She was kind enough to throw them in both units no charge. She gave me the bags used for indoor cleaning also, they were used once but dried out just fine. I think she recognized I was gonna cure that first service call before it happened.

 

Its just a knock sensor, belt, plugs, boots, air filter, oil filter. Easy stuff thats gunna take be a 6pack and half a day to do because fuck that engine bay

I think you'd be fine with either of those, at least statistically speaking. Never owned either one of those, and worked on a few but my numbers working on em could be skewed as many customers tell me not many companies work on LG or Bosch. So I prolly see more than usual. But for most part they both are well built for today's standards. Just keep your expectations low, it's better to be pleasantly surprised instead of mildly disappointed
