I’m doing a suspension overhaul of sorts on my 99 tacoma and have run into a seized inner tie rod on the driver side. the passenger side came loose but I’ve broken two of the inner tie rod tools borrowed from autozone on the driver side. I’ve put a torch to it. I keep spraying penetration oil on it. There is no visible corrosion. The boot is fully intact so everything looks nice and clean and protected.

I’m really not trying to replace my rack and pinion right now, though. Is there any advice/tips/tricks from my fellow Taco lovers out there that can be of any help?

I don't have any advice in addition to what you've already done, but welcome to TW!

Get a pipe wrench on there tight and try whacking the handle with a big hammer to crack it loose
